We offer direct billing for most insurance plans. We can submit your insurance claim electronically for your convenience, without the need for paper forms and signatures.
Our administrative team can assist you in understanding your insurance plan better. In addition, we can send estimates to your insurance company prior to starting any major treatments.

Any co-pays or amounts not covered by insurance are your responsibility and must be paid at the time of your appointment.
